2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can chicken broth
1 can + 1/4 cup dry vermouth
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; cool and mix cornstarch. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Heat cracked crabs in sauce. Just before serving, pour additional 1/4 cup vermouth over crab. Garnish in pan with parsley springs. I use an electric fry pan for this and put it in the middle of the table to serve. Serve with French rolls for dunking in the sauce. Add coleslaw or green salad, beer and voila!
