1 1/2 lb. cube or sirloin steak, cut into narrow strips
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
3 T. molasses
3 T. soy sauce
1/4 t. pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
1 green pepper, sliced
1 (10 oz.) package frozen French-cut beans, thawed and drained
1 T. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Toss to coat meat. Bake uncovered at 400º for 20 minutes.

Add onion, green pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, molasses and soy sauce; mix well. Cover and bake at 400º for 30 minutes.

Stir in beans. Drop tangy Muffins (see additional recipe) by tablespoons onto hot meat mixture; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400º for 15 to 18 minutes.
