1 beaten egg
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
3 mashed ripe bananas
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first four ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda together. If desired, add nuts as well. Combine the moist and dry ingredients in one bowl and pour into a bread pan. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.
