7 bone beef roast
2 envelopes onion soup mix
1 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Put heavy duty foil in the bottom of a 13" x 9" pan. Sprinkle one envelope of onion soup mix under the roast and another one on top of the roast. Pour 1 c. of white wine over the top. Use the foil and cover loosely. Bake at 350º for about 3 to 3-1/2 hours.
