2 sour green apples, quartered and peeled
Sugar (to taste)
Vinegar (to taste)

Directions:
Cook the finely chopped red cabbage with the quartered and peeled sour green apples. Add sugar and vinegar to taste. Cook until the cabbage looks glazed.
