6 medium chicken breasts, uncooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
½ c. apple juice (optional)
1 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Combine soup, apple juice (if desired) and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350º for one hour or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
