2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
3 eggs
1/8 c. heavy (whipping) cream
1 Keebler graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475º. Soften cream cheese. Beat all ingredients together with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Put the pie in the 475º oven and immediately lower the temperature to 250º. Bake 1-1/2 hours. Turn oven off, but leave cheesecake in the oven for another hour. Remove and let cool.
