1 1/2 lb chopped meat (1/2 pork & 1/2 beef)
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, grated parm, & 1/2 lb ricotta cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 8oz pkg manicotti noodles
2 1 lb jars marinara sauce or meatless spaghetti sauce
1 egg
3 slices of diced bread
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp garlic juice
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top

Saute' meat in olive oil, add garlic juice and italian seasoning. Set aside t cool, after meat mixture has cooled, and egg, mozzarella & ricotta cheese, milk, bread, parsely, salt and pepper, and blend well. Place four manicotti noodles at a time in boiling water, salted, and boil for four minutes. Remove from water and stuff imediately with mixture. Cover bottom of baking dish with hot sauce and arrange filled manicotti side by side in a single layer. Cover w/ rest of sauce and let set for one hour. Bake at 350
