1 1/2 cups oil
3 eggs
3 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3 cups of Smokey Mountain fresh apples
1 1/2 tsp. applesauce
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Chop apples, set aside. Measure oil in large bowl. Add sugar, eggs, & vanilla. Beat until creamy. Sift flour, salt, soda, baking powder, & spice. Add to eggs and oil. Add pecans & apples. Mix well. Bake 350º for 45 mins. - 1 hr.
