4 Cups Fresh Blackberries
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Egg
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
6 Tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place fresh blackberries in a lightly greased 8inch pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix egg, sugar, and flour until it's like coarse meal, then sprinkle over fruit. Drizzle butter over the top, and bake for about 35 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream(optional)
