5-6 slices bacon
1 small onion, chopped
3-4 stalks celery and leaves, chopped fine
Potatoes, cut into chunks
Milk
Salt
White pepper
1 can cream style corn

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp in a heavy kettle. Drain on paper towels. Leave a small amount of fat in the pan. Brown the onion, and celery in the pan.

Add potatoes and cover with milk. Cook with medium heat. When potatoes are tender, mash, but don't get smooth.

Add salt and white pepper, corn, and bacon. Add milk according to the desired thickness. Do not let it boil.
