2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
2 ounces butter, softened
2 ounces flour
pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours. Roll to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut 1/2-inch strips. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º until lightly browned.
