1 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
1/2 cup toffee bits

Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix in cranberries, white chocolate and toffee bits. Place scoops on cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 8 minutes until golden. Do not overbake. Makes 3-4 dozen.
