5 Eggs
1 1/4 Cups Vegetable Oil
1 (15 Ounce) Can of Solid-Pack Pumpkin
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups Sugar
2 (3 Ounce) Packages of Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add oil and pumpkin; beat until smooth. Combine remaining ingredients; gradually beat into pumpkin mixture. Pour batter into five greased 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
