1 pound ground chuck
4 ounces dried bread crumbs
4 eggs
4 ounces Milk
6 ounces of grated Romano
3 ounces grated onions
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 ounces fresh Italian parsley leaves
2 ounces chopped basil leaves

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Spray baking sheet with olive oil

Mix all ingredients in bowl.

Roll into balls (golf size) and place on baking
sheet. Place into oven for 35 min.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
