2 c. fresh grated corn kernels (frozen corn can be substituted)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 T. butter, melted
2 T. sugar
2 c. hot milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper

Butter a 1½ quart casserole. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into the casserole and place in a pan of hot water. Put into a 350ºF oven for about 45 minutes or until firm.

I love corn pudding and have used this recipe for many years. I am not sure who or where I originally got it but it is good.
