1 c diced celery
1/2 c water
4 T butter, melted
2 1/2 c 1/2-in bread cubes, toasted
2 c celery, water & milk
4 T butter
4 T flour
1/2 t salt
1/4 t poultry seasoning
1/8 t pepper
1 c diced turkey.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery in water until tender. Pour melted butter over toast cubes. Combine water from celery with enough milk to make 2 cups. Cook until bubbly. Add the 2 c liquid all at once and cook, stirring constantly until uniformly thickened. Add seasonings.
Arrange turkey & celery in a layer over half the bread cubes in a shallow quart casserole. Pour sauce over this and top with remaining bread cubes; press down.
Bake in a moderate oven until heated through, 20-25 mins.
