1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 c celery, chopped
1 can tomato paste
4 c tomatoes
1 c water
1 T salt
1 T sugar
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t allspice
1/8 t chili powder
1/4 t thyme
1/3 c chopped parsley
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Pan fry meat, onion, one clove of garlic, & celery. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, water, one clove garlic, & rest of ingredients.
Simmer 45 mins. & remove whole clove of garlic and bay leaf.
