1 c. red wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. orange or pineapple juice
1 t. thyme
1 t. rosemary
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 t. fresh pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic

2 small - med. beef tenderloins (2-3 lbs.)

Serves: 8-10
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. Place tenderloin in Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over tenderloin and marinate 8 hours or overnight, turning periodically. You can also cut up the tenderloin or even boneless chicken and cook on skewers.
