Crust:
1 c. flour
1 stick softened butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Filling:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip

Topping:
1 large package instant pudding (your choice), prepared
according to package directions

Crust:
Beat until mixed and pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Remove and cool completely.

Filling:
Mix together well and spread over cooled crust.

Topping:
Spread prepared pudding over cream cheese mixture. When set, spread with cool whip to desired amount.
May be made ahead one day, but no longer
