Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines Golden Butter Cake mix, dry
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1-11 oz. can mandarin oranges (undrained)

Frosting:
1 - 5.1 oz. vanilla instant pudding (dry)
1 - large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 - 9 oz. cool whip
Mix pudding and cool whip well. Add pineapple.

Directions:
Mix all 4 cake ingredients well. Bake in 2 greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans for 30-35 minutes at 350º. Cool. When cool, slice each cake horizontally in half to make four layers. Frost in between each layer with cut side up, then frost entire cake.
