2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk in a medium-sized bowl until well blended. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Add salad oil and mix.

Cut up fruit or vegetables. Add to or dip into fritter batter. Drop into hot deep fat (375º) and fry until brown. Do not crowd. Drain on paper towels.
