1 large crockpot
1 lb ground beef or breakfast sausage,( like Jimmy Dean or something)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 box Velveeta Cheese
1 can whole kernel corn
Several bags of Tortilla chips
A couple cases of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Start by cutting the Velveeta cheese into 1 inch chunks and place in crockpot on low. while your cheese is melting, brown the beef or sausage in a skillet. Once you cant see anymore pink in the meat, add it to the melting cheese. Open the Rotel and corn, drain and add it to the crockpot. Stir every few minutes until all the cheese has melted. Lastly, grab a bag of chips and a cold beverage and enjoy!

I'm pretty sure this is nothing new to everyone, but its just not football season without Rotel dip! Also works well for lazy Saturdays. And don't forget, there are like 20 different kinds of Rotel, so grab one that suits you and your guests tastes. My fav is the chile lime.
