1 pound really good ground pork sausage
2 cups celery, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
5 cups day-old cornbread, crumbled
one package StoveTop cornbread stuffing mix
3 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons Bell's poultry seasoning
2 eggs
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place sausage, celery, and onion in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. In a large bowl, combine sausage mixture with cornbread, dressing mix, poultry seasoning, eggs, salt and pepper, and stock. Mix well and transfer to buttered 9x12 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 325º.
