Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound good quality butter
2 cups chunky peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 pound container of powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips
1/3 bar paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients. Roll into balls and refrigerate. Melt the chips and wax in the top of a double boiler. About 30 minutes before dipping, place balls in freezer. With a toothpick, stab each ball and dip in chocolate mixture. Place on wax paper and let set to dry. Remove toothpicks.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is our Christmas favorite. I don't always use the toothpick method. Sometimes I use a fork to set the balls on when dipping them in the chocolate. In any case, they are seldom around long enough for anyone to look at. For some reason, they disappear!
