1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour (sifted)
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and unbeaten eggs, then add rest of ingredients. Roll into balls and flatten with a glass dipped in cinnamon sugar. Bake at 325º for 8-10 minutes on the middle oven rack.
