Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3 eggs ½ cup sugar ½ cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Beat eggs for 2 minutes until fluffy. Add sugar, beat again. Beat in flour, baking powder and vanilla. Grease an 8 inch pan, cover bottom with wax paper. Place batter in pan and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool. Serve with berries.
