2 1/4 c self rising flour (or all purpose and 1 tsp. baking soda)
1 c. butter (unsalted)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 small box instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 pkg. choc. chips (2 cups)
Directions:

mix dry ingredients in med. sized bowl

Cream buter and sugar in a large bowl. Add pudding, vanilla, eggs. Then, add dry ingredients and choc. chips.

Bake: 375 degrees for 7 min. (1 tbsp. of dough)
cover cookie sheet with parchment paper
cool on wire rack
