3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups Crisco shortening
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon white vinegar
5 tablespoons ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt together; mix in Crisco with fork, then hands to make it crumbly. Add all liquids at once and mix well-first with fork, then with hands. Don't be afraid to handle dough--squeeze it into a ball. This will make a two pie crust. Keeps well in fridge for three weeks.
