3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
2 t. baking powder
2 med. carrots (cooked, drained, and mashed)
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla

Frosting:
2 t. orange juice
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º.
Mix all ingredients together and drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for ten minutes. Cool and frost.
