1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp dill
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup cheese, shredded
1 tsp butter
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

Directions:

Set aside 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13" pan. Top with set aside cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into 12 pieces. Two pieces per serving. The consistency of a dense vegetable pancake, these squares are good for a light meal or cut into smaller pieces for an appetizer.
