Ribs 1 cup ketchup 1 cup water 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1 lemon 1 large onion
Preheat oven to 450º. Layer ribs in pan with slices of lemon and onion. Roast 30 minutes. Combine ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and salt together. At the end of the 30 minutes, pour sauce over ribs. Decrease temperature of oven to 350º. Cook at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
