1/2 Tbsp.chili powder
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. basil
1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper

For brisket, season with spices, wrap in foil (top vented). Cook on smoker at 250 – 275 for 12 -14 hours with pan of water in grill to keep moist – woodchips as desired.

Approximately 10 lb brisket needs to cook 14-16 hours on charcoal smoker in “ideal” temp range.
