1 can refried beans
Tortilla chips
parsley (flakes or fresh)
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
Southwest seasoning, or taco seasoning
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 oz block of cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1 tomato, diced
2 or 3 green onions with tops

Directions:
Directions:
Warm refried beans and spread in the bottom of pan. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, southwest seasoning, and garlic. Spread on top of beans. Top with cheddar cheese, parsley, olives and tomato. Bake for 15-20 minutes in 325º oven, or until warm all the way through. Dip with Totilla chips and enjoy!
