1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 egg
3/4 c. Italian breadcrumbs
1 4oz. can pasta ready tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, 1/3 can of sauce, salt, oregano, and pepper. Mix and shape into flat rectangle on wax paper and sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture. Roll up like a jellyroll and press ends of meat to seal. Place in baking dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Drain excess grease and pour the remaining sauce over the top and bake 15 minutes more.
