1 1/2 - 2 lbs pork tenderloin
2 large Granny Smith apples, chopped
1/2 c. apple sauce
1 bunch green onion w/ 3" greens, thin sliced
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. balsamic or cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from teh pork and slice in 1 1/2- inch pieces. Place pork slices in crock pot w/ remaining ingredients, mixing to combine. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours. Serves 4-6.
