2 lb tuna filet (1 ¼ inch think)
Peanut oil, or sesame oil
Panko bread crumbs
Wasabi powder
Fresh spinach
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat tuna with oil (peanut or sesame). In a separate bowl, mix together 1¼ cup panko and 1½ teaspoons of wasabi powder. Press to cover tuna on all sides. It will stick to the oil.



Heat a frying pan to medium/medium-high with enough oil to lightly cover the surface of the pan. Pan fry the tuna for 1 minute on either side. In a separate pan cook the spinach in oil.



Serve tuna slice thinly on top of cooked spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste.
