1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c UNCOOKED rice
2/3 c milk
1 tbl minced onion or 1 med onion chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can tomato sauce
3/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper. Drop rounded tbls of mixture into shallow 13x9 baking pan. Combine tomato sauce and water. Pour over meat. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
