2 3-lb. bags of chicken breasts
16 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 large box of Velveeta light

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken in oven at 350º for 30 minutes; cut into bite-sized pieces. Melt cheese in slow-cooker for about 20 minutes. Add soup and chicken pieces to the cheese.

Warm in slow-cooker for 2-3 hours on low.

Deb made this for Christmas Eve one year, and we have adopted this recipe as "ours" ever since. This is a great sandwich filler! We enjoyed it with Joe's folks one year when we prepared it in a hotel room for a New Year's Eve party - a testament to how handy this is!
