Cake:

¾ cup boiling water
½ cup cocoa powder
1¾ cups flour
1¾ cups sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
½ cup oil
7 egg yolks, beaten (save the whites-they are used as well)
1 tsp vanilla
The cocoa water that is now cool

Frosting:

3 cups cold milk
2 packages (4 serving size) Chocolate Jello Instant Pudding
2 envelopes Dream Whip powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 2 ingredients. Mix well. Let cool.

Mix remaining cake ingredients, including the cooled cocoa water, until smooth.

In another bowl combine 7 egg whites, and ½ tsp. cream of tartar. Beat into very stiff peaks, stiffer than meringue. Pour yolk batter over egg whites and gently fold in. Pour into an ungreased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes, increasing to 350 for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the top springs back when touched. Turn pan upside down until cool.


Frosting:

Beat until thick, ice cake. Store in fridge.
