2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground pork
1 c. soda cracker crumbs
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. dry mustard



Sauce:

½ c. vinegar
¼ c. water
1 ½ c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small can crushed pineapple

Directions:

Mix together meat, crackers, eggs, milk, and mustard and shape into balls. Bring sauce to boil. Put hamballs into pan with the sauce over it. Bake for 1 hour at 350ºF.

These can be placed in meal-sized portions in freezer containers with the sauce. After thawing, bake for 1 hour.
