1 qt. fresh blueberries,
2 1/2 T. quick-cooking tapioca,
2/3 c. sugar,
1/4 t. salt,
1 T vinegar or lemon juice,
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed,
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix blueberries, tapioca, sugar, salt and vinegar and let stand while pastry is being made.

Pastry - make & line a 9" pie plate.

Fill pie shell with berries, sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter.

Put on top crust & seal edge.

Bake in hot oven (425º) 30 to 40 minutes.
