1 3/4 cup flour *Measure then sift
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup butter softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, mix in egg and vanilla. Stir in all dry ingredients.

Roll out. Cut. Bake 400* for 6 minutes.

You can roll out and cut and freeze these cookies. Pull out frozen dough and bake as directed.
