2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 bunch celery
1 large onion
4 garlic cloves
1 green pepper
1 tsp parsley
2 bay leaves
1 tso thyme
salt to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 package frozen okra
3 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 package hot italian sausage
1 package frozen shrimp

Chop, combine and saute to soften.

Add 1 package frozen sliced okra and 3 28 ounce cans diced tomatoes.

Grill 1 package hot italian sausage and slice. Add to mixture. Add seafood (shrimp, crab, oysters) Continue to simmer until ready to serve. Serve over white rice
