6 thin slices deli-sliced ham
6 eggs
6 T. cream
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. dried basil flakes
3 whole-wheat English muffins, halved and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 6 large muffin tins. Place one ham slice in each muffin tin pushing it in to form the “nest”. Break one egg into the center of each muffin tin. Pour 1 Tablespoon of cream on top of each egg. Sprinkle the cheese and basil evenly across egg nests. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Serve on toasted English muffin half.
