1 dozen eggs
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
optional 1-2 T pickled relish
salt and pepper to taste

Hard boil the eggs
peel and cool completely
slice in half lengthwise
remove yolk carefully so as not to break the white part and put in a bowl
mass the yolk with a fork , add salt , pepper, mustard ( optional pickle relish
Add miracle with a couple of T at a time until light and fluffy. You may need a little more or less miracle whip depending on size of eggs. Don't put in to much or they will become mushy, to little and they are dry
spoon mixture back into the white or put mixture in a zip lock bag, zip top closed and cut off a small part of the bag bottom and squeeze and fill
If made the day ahead refrigerate on a paper towel as the eggs will seep a little bit
