1 Reynolds oven bag Turkey size
1-tablespoon flour
2 stalks sliced celery
1 medium sliced onion
12-24 pound thawed turkey
Vegetable oil or butter

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350
Shake the flour in the Reynolds oven bag
Place in roasting pan at least 2 inches deep
Add Vegetables to the bag
Remove neck and giblets form the turkey
Rinse the turkey and pat dry
Lightly stuff with your favorite stuffing recipe if desired
Brush turkey with oil or butter
Place turkey in oven bag on top of vegetables
Close oven bag with tie
Cut 6 ½ slits in the top
Insert the meat thermometer through the slit in the bag into the thickest part of the inner thigh, not touching the bone
Tuck ends of bag into the pan
Bake 2-2 ½ hours for a 12-16 pound turkey and 30 3-½ hours for a 20-24 pound turkey or until the meat thermometer reads 180
Add ½ hour for a stuffed turkey
Let stand in the oven bag for 15 minutes
If the turkey sticks to the bag, gently loosen the bag from turkey prior to opening the bag
For more browning, sprinkle the turkey with paprika
