Ingredients:

Marinade
1/3 cup water
1-teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon thyme (optional)
¼ teaspoon crushed rosemary
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 Tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 small clove of garlic (pressed)

1 pound of beef
1 medium green pepper (cut)
4 small tomatoes
4 small onions
1 T oil

Directions:
Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients for the marinade
2. Add beef to the marinade and marinate for at least 2 hours
3. Drain meat, reserve marinade
4. Thread meat onto the skewers alternating with vegetables
5. Brush each meat cube with oil
6. Arrange on rack of broiler pan
7. Broil 3 inches from heat for 10 minutes
8. Turn skewers and brush the meat with the remaining oil
9. Broil 10 minutes longer
