1 package or 10 ounces refrigerated pizza crust
1- cups (6 ounces) shredded Colby-Jack cheese divided
2 cups chopped chicken
cup barbecue sauce
cup chopped green bell pepper
cup sliced red onion

Preheat the oven to 425
Roll pizza crust into a 12 inch circle and place on 13 baking stone using lightly floured Dough and Pizza Roller
Sprinkle crust with 1-cup cheese
In a 1-quart batter bowl, combine chicken and barbeque sauce, tossing to coat
Chop green pepper using the food chopper
Thinly slice the red onion
Top crust with chicken mixture, green pepper and onion
Sprinkle with the remaining cup cheese
Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown
Cut with Pizza cutter
Serve with mini spatula
