1-cup sour cream
4 cans or equivalent of shoepeg corn
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and onion powder as desired

Topping
½ cup butter
Ritz crackers (one sleeve)

Directions:

I do this in a deep casserole dish and microwave it all for 10 minutes
Easy and Good!
